Tortilla Crisps

1 dozen corn tortillas

1 tablespoon ground chipotle chili pepper

1 tablespoon salt

1 tablespoon ground cumin

Vegetable oil or cooking spray

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray or oil.

Mix ground chili, salt, and cumin in small bowl. Cut tortillas into 8 wedges each. Spray or oil each wedge and sprinkle with spice blend. Place in a single layer on the prepared sheet and bake 16 minutes.

Serves four.

Cook's note: This recipe can be doubled and still keep in budget!
