Having a plan is the easy part
I've noticed some of the ads run by one of the candidates for governor mention that he has a plan to put the citizens of Illinois back to work, If such a plan exists, shouldn't it be put forth immediately rather than wait till after the election? It seems that if such a plan truly exists the candidate is acting political rather than being patriotic.
News reports state that Illinois' job creation is going quite well. Those reports get "very conveniently" ignored by that candidate. The same candidate is blaming Gov. Quinn, Speaker Madigan and that "Springfield crowd," whoever that is, for knocking term limits off the ballot. Does that mean that the state Constitution and the state Supreme Court mean nothing? It is further evidence that he has no idea as to what is involved in bringing plans to fruition.
Having plans is easy; getting those plans passed by the House of Representatives and the Senate and having them seen as constitutional by the Supreme Court is a whole different issue.
