White Sox to open 2015 season at Kansas City

The Chicago White Sox will open the 2015 season on April 6 at Kansas City.

After playing three games against the Royals, the White Sox will host their home opener at U.S. Cellular Field on April 10 against the Minnesota Twins with a three-game series.

In interleague play, the White Sox will take on five National League Central teams, starting with the Cincinnati Reds May 8-10. The Crosstown Series vs. the Cubs will take place July 10-12 at Wrigley Field and Aug. 14-16 at U.S. Cellular Field. The Sox also will play Milwaukee (May 11-13 at Miller Park), Pittsburgh (June 15-16 at PNC Park and June 17-18 at U.S. Cellular Field) and St. Louis (June 30-July 1 at Busch Stadium and July 21-22 at U.S. Cellular Field).

The 2015 schedule (see attachment) is tentative and subject to change.
