Talk features danagers to dogs:
Our House of Hope K-9 Rescue presents "Common Toxicities, Dangers, Diagnosis and Treatment Options" from 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 3, at 1840 Industrial Drive, Suite 330, Libertyville. Veterinarian Jami-Lynn Derse will be the presenter. The class is free but a donation of $20 per person to the organization to help support the ongoing medical care of the animals is requested.
