Wilson was pronounced dead at the scene, while her father was taken to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove with nonlife-threatening injuries.

He was cited for having an invalid driver's license, which expired in 2010, as well as no insurance, police said.

Police are continuing to investigate.
