Recycling event was valuable

I'd like to highlight the shredding and recycling event Sam Yingling, our state representative, held recently at Grayslake North High School.

This event provided the public with a tremendous opportunity to shred personal information, to recycle old electronics, and to dispose of out-of-date medicines in an environmentally responsible way.

While I try to recycle as much as I can, getting rid of some items is difficult and this public event was just what I needed.
