New general manager named at Cinema 12 Theatre
Classic Cinemas has named Gopal Krishna as the new general manager at the Cinema 12 Theatre, 100 Besinger Drive, in Carpentersville.
Krishna comes to the Cinema 12 Theatre after serving as the general manager at Classic Cinemas' Elk Grove Theatre for 14 years. He says interacting with the guests is the favorite part of his job.
"I like Cinema 12. I always stand at the front of the theater and greet the guests. I've gotten to know so many of them already," he says, adding that he occasionally is greeted by moviegoers that he got know at the Elk Grove Theatre.
