Pastor Kyle's Roggenbuck installation

First Pres Wheaton installed Rev.Kyle Roggenbuck as the designated pastor of Pastoral Care on June 8,2014. The installation service was attended by Reverends John Vest and Jan Edminston of the Presbytery, Pastors Paul Kirbas and Jay Moses of First Pres,

Other local church representatives, members of the church and her family.

Pastor Kyle was previously ordained to the ministry of the word and sacrament by the Vermont Conference of the United Church of Christ and is now called by God through the voice of the church to serve as pastor of this congregation.

Senior Pastor Paul Kirbas' message was A Conspicuous Intallation, reflectiong Pastor Kyle's notable service to the Church, in a pastoral role, over the past five years.

In response, Pastor Kyle said:

Many thanks to God and to First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton for calling me to be your pastor. unlike many Installations, I think of this less as a welcome and more of a celebration of the ministry we have been doing together these past five years. I thank you all for your support, prayers, and encouragement. Thank you to my colleagues who have generously shared their time and talent as part of my Installation Commission and for ongoing friendship and encouragement they provide
