Salted Caramel Potato Chips

1 bag (24 ounces) chocolate almond bark

3 teaspoons sea salt, plus more for garnish

1 teaspoon caramel sauce, plus more for garnish

1 bag (10 ounces) potato chips

Break up chocolate and put into a large, heat-safe bowl. Heat in microwave on medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Stir and make sure chocolate is completely melted. Return to microwave if necessary.

Stir in sea salt and caramel into chocolate. Dip potato chips into bowl and place on a baking sheet lined with waxed or parchment paper to dry. Sprinkle sea salt and drizzle extra caramel onto chips for presentation.

Serves 15.
