• Thieves stole a designer watch valued at $8,500 between 11 p.m. May 30 and 8 a.m. May 31 out of a guest room at Courtyard by Marriott, 100 W. Algonquin Road, after the owner left it behind by mistake.

• Two women were seen on a security video taking a wallet between 3:50 and 3:55 p.m. May 28 at the Goodwill store, 1551 N. Dryden. 750. Someone used credit cards in the wallet to purchase gift cards valued over $10,000 at Target stores in Arlington Heights and purchased gift cards at a Walmart.

• Burglars stole two laptop computers and computer monitor between 3 p.m. June 2 and 5 a.m. June 3 out of the maintenance building at Rolling Green Golf Course, 2529 E. Rand Road. Offenders took several golf carts out of the building around 11:20 p.m. June 3 and left them at various places on the property.

• Thieves stole a cellphone between 4 and 7 p.m. June 5 after the owner left it on a table in Fox and Hound, 910 W. Dundee Road. Value was estimated at $199.

• A thief stole a black leather bicycle saddle and attached post around 5:10 p.m. June 5 on the 500 block of North Dunton. The offender was described as a white male, 30-35 years old, large frame, heavy set with short dark hair.

• Thieves stole a tire between 11 p.m. June 5 and 8 a.m. June 6 from a fleet car at 3365 N. Arlington Heights Road and replaced it with a bald tire.

• A man stole a hookah and hookah tobacco around 12:57 a.m. June 7 from King Liquor, 807 W. Rand Road. He was described as a white male, 22 years old, tall/thin and wearing a green jacket, hoodie and khaki shorts. Value was estimated at $43.

• Burglars stole a GPS and wallet between 10 p.m. June 4 and 5 a.m. June 5 out of an unlocked 2005 Cadillac Deville and entered a 1998 Infiniti, both in a driveway at a home on the 1700 block of North Windsor. Value was estimated at $150.

• Burglars tried but failed to open a 2005 Chevrolet Express van between 4:10 and 4:30 a.m. May 30 in an apartment lot on the 2200 block of South Goebbert Road.

• Burglars stole a pair of headphones valued at $300 between 10 p.m. June 4 and 6 a.m. June 5 out of an unlocked 2003 Honda Odyssey in a driveway on the 2000 block of East Crabtree.

• Thieves stole a black leather wallet around 4 p.m. May 31 from a customer at the Goodwill store, 1551 N. Dryden, and used a credit card in the wallet at an Arlington Heights Chuck E Cheese for $43 and a BP gas station for $61, the Palatine Walmart for $240, and a Shell gas station in Rolling Meadows for $6.
