Aurora police and the FBI are searching for a woman with a face tattoo who robbed a far west side bank Monday morning.

Police said the woman entered the TCF Bank in the Jewel at 1952 W. Galena Blvd. about 10:35 a.m. Monday and gave the teller a note indicating she was armed and demanded cash.

After grabbing an undisclosed amount of money, the woman last was seen running south through the parking lot.

The suspect was described as a blond white woman believed to be in her 20s with a face tattoo.

Anyone with information is asked to call the FBI at (312) 421-6700 or Aurora police at (630) 256-5500.
