The Lake County Retired Teachers Association will meet at noon Tuesday, June 10, at Lambs Farm restaurant, Route 176 and the Tri-State Tollway near Libertyville. The cost is $16 per person for the buffet luncheon and meeting. Nicole Stocker, from the Lake County Forest Preserve District, will present "What's in a Name?" Her presentation delves into the origins of names of the individuals and events that influenced them in connection with Lake County's communities. All retired educators, are welcome to attend and no reservations are necessary.
