Montini 4, St. Edward 1: Playing what St. Edward coach Jaci Corn called, "One of our best games of the year," the Green Wave fell in a tough Suburban Christian Blue tussle with Montini, the No. 1 seed in the upcoming Class 3A Glenbard South sectional and the SCC champions. Lindsay Zdroik allowed 8 hits with 5 strikeouts and 1 walk in the circle for St. Edward (12-9, 6-5). She also went 2-for-4 at the plate. Rachel Lesh added a double for the Wave.

Bartlett 8, Metea Valley 4: Dana Paul (2-for-3, RBI), Amy Johnson (2-for-4, HR, 2 RBI), Sydney Johnson (2-for-4) and Kelly Walsh (2-for-3, RBI) each had doubles for the Hawks (23-5, 12-3) in their UEC Valley win. Holly Pagan picked up the win, allowing just 2 hits and 2 earned runs.

St. Charles East 12, Elgin 0: Sabrina Stockman's double was 1 of Elgin's 3 hits in this Upstate Eight River loss. Jessica Rago suffered the loss for the Maroons (12-17, 7-9), allowing just 5 earned runs. Elgin committed 9 errors in the loss.

South Elgin 16, East Aurora 0: Cassidy Westlund was 3-for-5 with 2 doubles and 4 RBI and Rachel Ziemba went 3-for-3 with a triple and 2 RBI to lead the Storm (13-12, 7-8) to a UEC Valley win. Paige Allen was also 3-for-4 with a double for South Elgin and Karli Dobler picked up the win in the circle, allowing 1 hit with 6 strikeouts and a walk.

Prairie Ridge 10, Dundee-Crown 0: Mandy Moore had a double for the Chargers (3-13, 0-11) in this FVC Valley. Lauren Girard was the losing pitcher.
