Ela Township to host electronic recycling

People looking to dispose of their old televisions, batteries, telephones and other electronic devices can do so at an electronic recycling event hosted by Ela Township from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. this Saturday at Knox Park on Route 22 in Lake Zurich.

Other devices that will be accepted for recycling include cellphones, printers, cameras, microwaves and computers, according to the Ela Township website. Items that will not be accepted include air conditioners, large appliances, refrigerators and freezers of any size, and chemical waste, as well as commercial or business materials.
