Mundelein shuts out Lake Forest

Shannon Carroll had a goal and an assist, and Lexi Pawlowski made 8 saves in goal, as Mundelein's soccer team blanked visiting Lake Forest 2-0 in a North Suburban Lake Division match Tuesday night.

Kaila Cancelli also scored for Mundelein (8-1-3, 2-0-1), which scored both of its goals in the second half. Michele Chernesky also had an assist.

Warren 3, Stevenson 0: Kaitlyn Chomko scored twice for the host Blue Devils in the North Suburban Lake contest.

Emily Jahn had the other goal for Warren (6-3-1, 2-0-1). Lindsey Hardiman had 2 assists, and Alliyah Parker also assisted on a goal.

Blue Devils keeper Liz Carrano made 3 saves in notching the shutout.

Maddy Boutros had 11 saves in net for Stevenson (2-7-2).

Lakes 5, Round Lake 1: Nicole D'Ambrose had 2 goals and 2 assists, as the visiting Eagles captured the North Suburban Prairie game.

Maya Schmitt also scored twice for Lakes (6-4, 3-0). Jessica Cipolla had the other goal for the Eagles.

Wauconda 3, Antioch 1: The visiting Bulldogs got goals from Brittany Stepanian, Diana Guzik and Madi Granata in the North Suburban Prairie match.

The win improved Wauconda's record to 5-4-1.

Crystal Lake Central 1, Grayslake North 0: The Tigers scored the only goal of the Fox Valley Conference match in the second half.
