Wauconda 2, Round Lake 0: Lauren Mantis and Diane Guzik scored in the second half, as the visiting Bulldogs pulled out their North Suburban Prairie opener for their first win of the season.

Keeper Ally Magiera notched the shutout and earned the assist on Guzik's goal, as well.

Wauconda improved to 1-4-1.

Antioch 1, Vernon Hills 1: Mikayla Abbeduto scored unassisted for Antioch (5-2-1, 2-0-1), which remained undefeated in North Suburban Prairie play.

Katherine Koczwara scored for Vernon Hills (3-2-2), with Amy Andrea earning the assist.
