Sticker shock after daughter's ER visit
I am writing in total disbelief about bills I received from a hospital for my college daughter who was complaining of chest pains in the middle of the night. We sent her to the ER near her school. I am reading the cost of this ER visit as over $8,000.
Luckily nothing was wrong with my daughter but I might need to go to the ER after seeing these bills. I thought this was very interesting with all the affordable health care talk in the news lately.
