Did you know one in three adults is obese? I believe this is because of the increased production of genetically modified foods, or GMOs, and the false facts the news provides us about these products. They give mixed signals on whether these GMOs are good for you or not, and people buy regardless because something tastes good.

I encourage the reduction of these products. I have faith that if the products are reduced, we will truly see a change in the way people live and feel about themselves.

In Europe, they are seriously against having GMOs and products containing them. They have the strictest system in the world regarding GMOs. Yes, they still have products that are genetically modified, but they are labeled as such.

Also, Europeans are very active in informing their citizens of what the products contain and how those things can affect them. They introduce the statistics; studies prove that GMOs can be linked to cancers, allergies, infertility, etc.

I strongly support labeling and or reduction of GMOs. You don't know how these additives and substances will affect you or when they will hit you. It can be life altering to you, your family and your friends. So why wouldn't you take the extra step in buying a healthier, more fitting product that can help you live a long, happy and healthy life?
