"People are opting to stay in their houses longer instead of moving up to a larger home, so they are upgrading them," said PJ Ryan, president of Regency Home Remodeling. "They are choosing to make improvements that they have been putting off, like renovating their kitchen or a bathroom."

When it comes to homes, Regency does it all. They are licensed roofers, install replacement windows, repair and tuck point masonry, add siding and other exterior renovations, build decks and porches, finish basement and attic spaces, build room additions and renovate kitchens and baths.

"We handle all jobs from concept to completion. Depending on the size and complexity of the job, we help homeowners with project design, obtain architectural plans, if needed, municipal approvals, and even help them find financing," Ryan said.

"We have had many of the same foremen and workers on our crews for over 20 years so they really know what they are doing. In addition, we pass along all the discounts we receive on materials to the homeowner," he said. "We get great reviews from our customers.

"Our commitment to excellence is the trait that separates Regency from our competitors," Ryan said. "We adhere to all building codes, as well as industry standards and guidelines. We never cut any corners and devote ourselves to building beautiful, functional projects for our customers. We are constantly reinventing ourselves and keep current with the newest technology in the industry."
