Cyclists can help bridge the gap between literacy support and kids in crisis at the 24-hour cycle relay Friday and Saturday at the Amphibian Multisport facility, 130 N. Milwaukee Ave., Libertyville. The race begins at 6 p.m. Friday and ends at 6 p.m. Saturday. Registration is $55 per person with a maximum of 16 relay team of up to six cyclists (16 years or older) per team. Team fundraising goals are $500. Bikes are available for lease or bring your own. Power meals and refueling snacks are provided.
