Wellness Fair returns to Wheeling Township School District 21

Wheeling Township Elementary School District 21 will host a Wellness Fair from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Saturday, April 5, at London Middle School. The event is free and open to community members of all ages.

Attendees will have the opportunity to sample healthy foods, participate in physical activity demonstrations, learn from more than 20 local vendors, and win prizes. Representatives from Dick's Sporting Goods will offer golf swing analysis and Horcher Farms will hold a gardening demonstration.

"The Wellness Fair is a great event for our families and community members and provides opportunities to learn about the healthy lifestyles that we all strive to live," District 21 Superintendent Kate Hyland said. "This year's theme, 'Own Your Fitness, Health and Nutrition,' emphasizes the importance for all of us to make good choices."

London Middle School is at 1001 W. Dundee Road, Wheeling. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
