Outlook: The 76ers (15-52) have made an art form of tanking for lottery chances. Not only have they lost 21 games in a row, they've gone 3-31 since Jan. 6. With Evan Turner and Spencer Hawes traded away, PF Thaddeus Young (18.7 ppg) and rookie PG Michael Carter-Williams (16.8) are the top scorers. The Sixers are the league's worst defensive team, giving up 110.7 points. Way back on Nov. 2, the Bulls lost at Philadelphia 107-104. The Sixers were 3-0 at the time.

Next: Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse, 6 p.m. Friday
