Health care job scare not here yet
I remember not too long ago, Republicans were gnashing their teeth trying to convince Americans that when the Affordable Care Act became law, people would lose their full-time jobs and be relegated to working only part time. The most recent job report pretty much debunked that theory.
The number of people working part time is now 27.3 million, down 300,000 since March 2010, when the ACA became law. The number of people working full time is now 117.8 million, which is a 2 million increase in the last year alone.
I guess the sky isn't falling after all.
