Fremd Vikettes score solid second in state competition

The Varsity Vikettes at Fremd High School had a busy season.

The team, which is coached by Shana Dinham, began competing in the fall with the Viking Marching Band. Highlights of the team's season included performing in the Illini Marching Band Festival at the University of Illinois and securing a second-place finish in state competition.
