Dog adoption event:
Our House of Hope K-9 Rescue hosts a pet adoption event from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 8, in the Dog Lounge Day Care and Spa at Pets General Store in Country Court Shopping Center, 432 Peterson Road, Libertyville.
