New track in D15 is a foolish expense

I would honestly like someone to explain to me why School Dist. 15 can propose with a straight face the expenditure of $340,000 dollars for a new track at a junior high school.

It's really getting to be time to seriously vet the people we elect to school boards in this day and age. They seem to have no regard for the ability of the taxpayers anymore.

People seem to think that anything is possible, the only thing necessary is increasing the tax rate. But, that's the way it's always been done. Time to make a change!
