I worked full time and attended school at night. I graduated from McHenry County College with a major in business and minor in mathematics. I then went on to obtain my Bachelors Degree from National Lewis. My last year of National Lewis I applied to Law school and was accepted. My last 6 months of National Lewis I was attending my first year of law school and working full time and being a mom and a wife. If so, what?My ability to know the law and business management skills that I posses as well as my people skills along with leadership. I offer a breath of fresh air rather than a career politician.If you are an incumbent, describe your main contributions. Tell us of any important initiatives you've led. If you are a challenger, what would you bring to the board and what would your priority be?I have the background and leadership skills necessary to protect the integrity of the office. I am not a career politician. I bring knowledge and skills necessary to get the job done and can be trusted with this task.Describe your position regarding the allocation of resources in the Clerk's office. Are personnel allocated as they should be? Are there capital expense or other budgetary items that the office must address, and, if so, how do you propose to address them?The allocation of resources will need to be managed as it has been in the past, the budget will have been passed prior to November. The personnel allocated is as it should be. The capital expenses the office must address are related to software this will be addressed over the next year.Name one concrete program youâ#128;™ll create or personnel move youâ#128;™ll make to improve efficiency in the office or make it more successful. Explain how it will be funded and how you will overcome any obstacles to initiating it.I would love to see the website automated to provide better information to voters and the citizens of McHenry County. The website should be able to provide more information especially with the automation of voter registration recently passed in Illinois.Describe your position on transparency in the office and the ease of access to records by the public. If you believe improvements are needed, what are they and how would you go about achieving them?I believe in transparency and the ease of access to records.
