Man shot, killed in bathroom of Aurora restaurant

A 20-year-old Aurora man died Monday night after being shot in the bathroom of an Aurora restaurant, police said.

The shooting took place at about 7:35 p.m. in a restaurant on the 800 block of north Lake Street on Aurora's west side.

The victim was shot once in the head and taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Two unidentified men were seen running away from the scene heading east, police said.

The shooting is under investigation.
