As a longtime resident of Wheeling I appeal to you use your leadership role in our community to investigate this issue. I live directly in the flight path (Highland and Wolf) and would love to see Wheeling "ring the register" every time an out-of-town jet shoots over our house! Please check out www.vector-us.com for landing fee management.
