Man bites driver in Wisconsin who refused to play chauffer

MADISON, Wis. — Madison police say a man got into another person’s car and bit the driver when he refused to play chauffer.

A police statement says the 23-year-old entered the car around 11 p.m. Saturday. He made no threats and showed no weapon, but told the driver to take him wherever he wanted to go.

The driver and a friend tried to force him out of the car. Police say the intruder bit the driver’s arm in the process, causing some bruising.

The police report says the man was “speaking gibberish” when arrested and was believed to have been under the influence of an unknown substance.

Police received a couple other calls before the incident about a man trying to get into other cars, and say they think it’s the same guy.
