Daily Herald report
A Michigan man charged with supporting prostitution is expected to appear in a Rolling Meadows courthouse Tuesday morning.

Maurice Thompson, of Highland Park, Mich., was arrested Wednesday at a hotel near O'Hare International Airport during an undercover investigation related to a advertisement, police said in a release.

Members of the Cook County Sheriff's Vice Unit organized the sting after they say Thompson arranged a hotel room meeting with a woman for the purpose of exchanging money for sex. Thompson was charged with supporting prostitution, a class 4 felony, and appeared at the George N. Leighton Criminal Court Building where a judge issued him a $10,000 bond.
