The driver of one of the vehicles was transported to Northwest Community Hospital with injuries that were not life-threatening and the other drivers were not injured, Gyorke said.

The injured driver was cited for a traffic violation in the crash, Gyorke said, adding he didn't yet have information on the nature of the citation.

All lanes were reopened by 7 a.m.

Police are still investigating the crash.
