With this progress with America's athletic system, there have been outbursts of dangerous injuries and in some cases casualties. Fortunately, all of these sports injuries are completely preventable.
A way to decrease the amount of overuse injuries and trauma in all sports is through proper training, correct equipment and early detection of the injuries.
Kids are becoming more serious about playing sports, and even more are wanting to play at the college level, but a tremendous number of athletes are sidelined due to injuries and lack of treatment on the field.
