• Diamante D.O. Moore, 19, of the 200 block of Longview Drive, Geneva, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while his license is suspended at 1:58 p.m. Sunday on the 0-99 block of South Kirk Road, according to a police report. Police said he had a small cannabis pipe.

• A pair of Randolph Engineering sunglasses were stolen between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. Aug. 29 out of an open Jeep in a parking lot on the 700 block of West State Street, police said.

• A black Duraliner rubber cargo mat was stolen between 2 and 6 p.m. Aug. 28 off a concrete post at the rear of a business on the 700 block of West State Street, police said.

• Someone put two long scratches on a vehicle between 7:30 and 8:30 p.m. Aug. 29 in a lot on the 400 block of West State Street, police said.
