They allege Oliver raped the woman in November 2012 after meeting her through an online escort service. They say he tied her up, pushed her down the stairs and forced her to have sex. She reported the assault to Loves Park police.

Oliver threatened the woman's mother on Facebook afterward, authorities said.

Oliver's attorney questions the woman's account, saying she came forward after a "media blitz."

Authorities say the assault was similar to five others for which Oliver already faced rape and kidnapping charges.

He's held on $3.5 million bail.
