The Indianapolis Business Journal reports the film was 3 years in the making. Brochin followed two descendants of Genghis Khan as they hunted with eagles and other birds of prey.

Brochin has been a falconer for 12 years. He is only the second foreigner to hunt with the Mongolian falconers and film their techniques.

His 70-minute documentary was completed in May and has been entered in 11 film festivals this year. Brochin hopes the exposure lands him a distribution deal.
