New specials
Fresco 21’s drink specials are extra fresh with $5 martini Mondays made with specialty UV vodka martinis; wine down Tuesdays with half off select bottles of wine; and beer drinker’s Fridays with $3 domestics and $4 drafts. Stop in Thursdays and buy one handcrafted pizza and get a second pizza free.

Martini dinner
Special martini parings highlight a five-course dinner at Mon Ami Gabi starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. Hors d’oeuvres include mini beef wellington and fire grilled artichoke. Other courses include a spinach salad with multicolored asparagus, summer corn and a warm bacon dressing; a crabcake with a seafood skewer of scallops, shrimp and calamari with a lemon harissa beurre blanc and lamb en Croute. For dessert, try chocolate cake with raspberry sauce. $70 per person, plus tax and gratuity.

Cab’s martinis
There’s a new list of signature martinis and cocktails at Cab’s Wine Bar Bistro. For $10 each, try the super mai tai, strawberry basil mojito and martinis, such as the chocolate-covered raspberry or the double chocolate martini. Or sip specialty concoctions such as the Dave’s JD honey-bourbon-basil lemonade — a mix of Jack Daniels honey bourbon Tennessee whiskey, fresh basil, simple syrup, lemon juice and sour mix, served on the rocks.
