Love brings peace, no matter who loves

This is in response to Aadil Ahmad (July 7) and his/her view of a very dangerous trend. Human beings do not learn what true love is through marriage. Human beings do not possess natural powers. And your choice of words “used correctly and at an appropriate time”? What is that?

Love is an innate, natural emotion that occurs between two human beings. I repeat, natural. Be it a mother and her child or a father and his child, siblings, friends, relatives, husbands and wives, husbands and husbands, wives and wives. Get the picture? When society recognizes that to love another human being regardless of who is giving the love and who is being loved, then and only then will we achieve hallmarks of a peaceful, oh, yes and loving society!
