The Grayslake Area Public Library will host various free events for young children in late July and early August, including simple yoga and music and dance classes. On July 31, at 1 p.m. children ages 4 to 6 can attend a yoga storytime class involving stories, games and small yoga exercises. On Aug 3, at 10:30 a.m. children ages 2½ to 4 can attend a class with music, movement exercises and some instruments to explore. Children from grades 2-6 can also come to "Chalk Art Storytime" at the library on Aug 5 and Aug 8 at 10 a.m. The Grayslake Area Public is located on Library Lane near Route 83.
