• The subdivision sign at Woodland Hills Road and Wilson Street was painted with graffiti, it was reported at 8:20 a.m. June 26.

• Michael A. Lucia, 19, of the 1000 block of Averill Drive in Geneva, was charged with possession of marijuana (more than 30 but fewer than 500 grams) and possession with intent to deliver, at 11:44 p.m. June 26 in the 0-99 block of North Randall Road, according to police.

• A wallet that had been left in a shopping cart was stolen, it was reported at 3:02 p.m. June 27 at Sam's Club, 501 N. Randall Road.

• Two cellphones were stolen on the 500 block of Blackhawk Drive, it was reported at 3:36 p.m. June 27.

• An unlocked bicycle was stolen at Harold Hall Quarry Beach, 400 S. Water St., it was reported at 7:56 p.m. June 27.

• A vehicle window was smashed while parked on the Wilson Street bridge, it was reported at 1:37 a.m. June 28.
