The Mundelein village board on Monday will consider a $15,000 contract for the Community Days fireworks show, scheduled to be held about 9:30 p.m. July 4 at the festival grounds on Seymour Avenue. Last year's fireworks show was canceled because of the summer drought. The board meeting is set for 7 p.m. at the main fire station, 1000 N. Midlothian Road.
