Free concerts at Independence Grove run through Aug. 6
The Lake County Forest Preserve District will host free outdoor concerts this summer at the Independence Grove preserve near Libertyville. Performances will begin at 7:30 p.m. on all Tuesdays through Aug. 6.
The next concert, Tuesday, June 25, will feature the indie-rock band Paper Arrows. For a full list of performances, visit http://www.lcfpd.org/docs/2013_Concert_Schedule.pdf.
People should bring blankets or lawn chairs for seating. Parking is $5 per car after 5 p.m. on concert days.
