Votorantim Cimentos S.A. - Sao Paulo, Brazil, 200 million American depositary shares, each representing 2 units, priced $15.59 to 18.51, managed by Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Itau BBA. Each unit represents 1 common share and 2 preferred shares. Proposed NYSE symbol VEBM. Business: Brazil's largest cement producer with 37 percent share.
