FOND DU LAC, Wis. -- A child with ties to Wisconsin is among the victims of the Oklahoma tornado.

Nine-year-old Sydney Angle was a student at Plaza Towers Elementary School in Moore, Okla. She died Monday when a massive tornado tore through the town.
