Flores must serve at least 50 percent of the three-year sentence and 85 percent of the four-year sentence before he is eligible for parole. He received credit for 458 days in custody.

Mandletort also ordered Flores to register as a sex offender upon his release.

The molestation took place in Wheeling during 2008, but the girls did not report the abuse until several years later, said Cook County Assistant State's Attorney Sharon Kantor, who told the court the victims' families agreed with the sentence.
