Chicago Fire scouting report

Chicago Fire at Philadelphia Union

When: 6:30 p.m. at PPL Park

TV: Channel 50

Scouting the Fire: The Fire (2-6-1, 7 points) has lost two in a row, three of its last four, including last weekend’s 1-0 defeat to the Union at Toyota Park. The Fire had a statistical advantage against the Union in shots and time of possession, but that will be harder to duplicate on the road. Jeff Larentowicz returns from suspension.

Scouting the Philadelphia Union: This will be the third game in eight days for the Union (4-4-3, 15 points), which lost 4-1 at home to Los Angeles on Wednesday. Jack McInerney leads the league with 7 goals this season, including the only goal last week against the Fire.

Next: at Real Salt Lake, 7:30 p.m. May 25.
