Route 21 paving in Libertyville

Weather permitting, the southbound lanes of Route 21 (Milwaukee Avenue) from Route 137 south in Libertyville will be paved from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thursday. When the contractor is moving across the side streets and driveways on the west side, they will be closed for not more than 10 minutes while the asphalt is installed. Once the placement of asphalt is completed, all side streets and driveways will be re-dressed for smooth approach. Flaggers will be posted to assist motorists during the paving operation.
