1 cup filtered water
4 tablespoons chia
˝ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
˝ cup blueberries
3 cups chopped stemmed kale leaves
1 teaspoon honey
Combine the water, chia, yogurt, blueberries, kale and honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Nutrition values per serving: 438 calories (32.6 percent from fat), 15.9 g fat (2.7 g saturated), 60.6 g carbohydrate, 22.1 g fiber, 11.2 g protein, 0 cholesterol, 89 mg sodium.
