Workout to fight MS:

“Salsa Funk to End MS” is set for 7 to 9 p.m. Friday, May 3 at Life Time Athletic, 680 Woodlands Parkway, Vernon Hills. All proceeds go to The National MS Society and The Myelin Repair Foundation, both leading charities in the fight against multiple sclerosis. The suggested minimum donation is $20 in advance and $25 at the door. Anyone 12 and over is invited.
