Popular Middle Eastern eatery opens in Rosemont

A popular Middle Eastern restaurant chain is opening a new location in Rosemont this week.

Naf Naf Grill, which debuted in 2009 in Naperville, is opening its fifth suburban location at 10433 Touhy Ave., west of Mannheim Road. The chain also has restaurants in Aurora, Niles and Chicago's Loop.

The Rosemont location is one of four opening this year, including restaurants in Evanston, Orland Park, and on Chicago's Michigan Avenue. The Rosemont restaurant will serve the chain's signature fresh-baked pitas, chicken shawarma, falafel, homemade fries and steak shawarma. A company spokesman could not be reached for comment Monday.
